Maintain the confidentiality of your secret key. After registering for the Services, if you want to build a profile (a "Partial Profile"), such profile should accurately reflect you as a distinct individual.
Forced Redemptions
You are in charge of adhering to any rules or specifications that TrendingSquad may occasionally impose, including but not limited to the need that you not redeem Approved Rewards in amounts greater than those specified by TrendingSquad. TrendingSquad does not commit to doing so, but it retains the right to arrange the redemption of Approved Rewards, in whole or in part, and to make payments to the PayPal or Venmo account linked to the email address or phone number you provided to TrendingSquad when creating your account. You hereby permit TrendingSquad to conduct such exchanges and payments on the PayPal or Venmo account linked to the email address or phone number you supplied to TrendingSquad when creating your account, automatically and without further action.
Abuse And Rescinding
TrendingSquad reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or modify a User's account, the entirety of the Promotion, or the payment of Reward amounts at any time without obligation or notice, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, the cap on the number of Rewards that can be claimed, games, human error, or any other factors TrendingSquad deems to be affecting the integrity, availability, or proper functioning of the Promotion.
TrendingSquad reserves the right to seek damages from the offender to the greatest extent permitted by law if such an attempt is made. TrendingSquad is not responsible for any attempt made by any person to intentionally undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion. Any element of these Promotional Terms that TrendingSquad fails to enforce shall not be deemed to be waived by TrendingSquad. If a reward offer, authorized award, or promotional program is suspended, altered, or canceled, TrendingSquad will not be liable to you.
Use of automated processes or the creation of multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in exclusion. The Authorized Account Holder of the email address or phone number submitted to TrendingSquad when setting up the account will be recognized as a Special Reward Recipient in the event that there is a dispute regarding who is eligible for a Reward.
TrendingSquad reserves the right to permanently deactivate your account if it has been inactive for more than 24 months. During this time, any awards are believed to have expired and are no longer redeemable. Prior to your account being closed due to inactivity, TrendingSquad will get in touch with you to let you know.
Content Use
You acknowledge that the information, software, articles, reviews, content, graphics, links, logos, trademarks, "look and feel" of our websites, applications, and software, and other materials (collectively, the "Content") included in the Services are subject to copyright, trademark, and/or other proprietary rights held by TrendingSquad or other parties. The Services' entire content is protected by American copyright laws. You agree to abide by any copyright regulations as well as any restrictions on content made available or accessible through the Services as well as any copyright notices or information.

Leaving Service
Access to all or a portion of the Services, including discussion boards, may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason by TrendingSquad. On the other hand, you are free to discontinue using the Services at any time and stop accessing them. After your license expires, you won't be able to access the Services anymore. The terms of the agreement will still be in effect even if your access is stopped. TrendingSquad retains the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, in whole or in part, including the accessibility of features, databases, or content (including message boards). This right is granted without prior warning or liability.
